“My exercise instructor kept urging me to take my car in for maintenance. I did this yesterday and fell in love with the place. Jon was so very friendly and gave me a fair price on the �check-up�. I noted that with another customer, he drew a diagram to show her what was going on with her car. I really can't say enough about All Cars except Fredericksburg as a rare gem of a place where you can get an honest price and great work.”

“Great customer service and workmanship! I called and looked for a mechanics shop to have a used car inspected; based on location and I was from out of town. Very good experience to call on this shop. They did a very good job on the inspection, he let me look under the rack, explained the process and what they found and gave me an honest recommendation. Very friendly service. Nice folks and if I was back in the area and needed a shop to get work done on my car I would go back again. Highly recommend using this shop. Because of their experience, recommendation and professionalism, I did not buy the used car as I trusted their assessment!”

“This has been one of the best experiences ever with getting our suburban fixed. John was super friendly and helpful, down to earth and reasonable. Our rear U-joint snapped and our drive shaft fell out (not a good thing) and they were able to help get us on the road again. Amazing service and great price. I would recommend this place to anyone in the neighborhood or surrounding area and in need of assistance. 10/10 everything.”

“While traveling my pulley on my belt broke. I needed to find the nearest place I could take this to, and this was the place I found on my phone. I believe the owner I spoke to was very nice! He looked over my vehicle and got the parts to fix it. It wasn't long until he had it fixed and it was good to go. Reasonable price and helpful! Thanks again!!”

“I took my car to another car repair business and they said I needed a break fluid holder for $500. I decided to get another opinion as I had already had extensive work done on my car. A friend suggested "All Car Service". They said my break fluid holder was in good condition but the hose had a little "wear and tear" hole. They replaced it for $41.00. Quite a savings!”

“Need an auto care expert in the Fredericksburg area who is reasonably priced and will NEVER suggest work that you don't really need just to make more $$$? Please go see Jon at All Car. We've been going to him for years but his service and prices continue to impress me every time! Had my transmission replaced last fall for 1/2 of what I expected to pay and just picked up my car after tire rotation, balance and alignment. It's like night and day...drives so much smoother and all for about $100 less than I thought it would cost! Be sure to ask him how to sign up for the Car Care credit card and get 6 months no interest. I've used it for some of the higher ticket work (like new trans) and it works out great! I can't say enough good things about this place!”

“Friendly and respectful service. From the gentlemen at the desk to the technicians doing the work. I've been to this service center 3 times now and every time I receive quality service. They went above and beyond during my last visit by helping me mount a riding lawn mower tire onto the rim that was giving me trouble. It wasn't their specialty, nor did they have the tools for such a job but with a little ingenuity and effort they got it done. Thanks and I will definitely be back.”

“I've been living in Fredericksburg for the last 4 years, and out of all the Auto Shops in this area my wife and I have visited, All Car Services is by far my favorite. I have yet to bring my car in for an issue (or inspection) where they haven't not only told me what's wrong, but taken the time to explain it, how it relates to the symptoms I was experiencing, what other problems might arise, and how they can fix it. They also have always shown me whatever part is defective and gotten my opinion on it before moving forward.

They're always courteous, always professional, and even when they're busy they take the time to talk to you and get to know you as a person. In my humble opinion, as a customer I have always been treated with the utmost respect. When I stopped in to have some break work done but was in the process of van shopping, they told me which Van's were in their shop more frequently and told me some of the more frequent repairs they see for the models we were looking at.

Unless something drastic changes or I move away (at which time I will update this review) I will be taking all of my vehicles to All Car Services.”

“I recently moved to Fredericksburg and was looking for a local repair shop for my Suburu. Looking in the Yellow Pages, I found this shop that specifically mentioned Complete Foreign & Domestic Car Service. I stopped in and told them about a noise I was hearing. They immediately cleared time to take the car out on a test drive to determine the noise. Then they came back, put it on the lift and isolated the exact cause of the noise. I left the car with them for the afternoon and they gave me a ride to work. I returned at the end of the day and they were finished with the repair and doing a test drive to make sure everything was good. During my short wait, an elderly lady came in. They addressed her cordially and by name. I got to talking with her and found that she had been bringing her car to this shop for the past seven years and never had a problem. That endorsement made my decision for me. This was the shop I wanted.”

“They saved me ~ $1200! The car manufacturer dealer gave me a list of items my car needed to be simple road worthy (i.e., past inspection). When I asked All Car Services to look at my car, they identified 2 of the same issues. The 3rd malfunction identified by the dealer was in fact not the correct diagnosis (which by the way was the most expensive part of the dealer's estimate). No high pressue 'you gotta do this or else' pitch. They kept me informed of the diagnosis, associated cost and time to repair. They are extremely friendly and polite in such a way you feel like more than just a customer. After receiving an estimate, especially if it's in the upper $100s, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take it to All Car Services for a 2nd opinion. BTW, I didn't tell All Car all the problems reported by the car dealer. I wanted to see their diagnosis. And, their diagnosis was ~$1200 cheaper than the dealer!!!!”

“I was driving through the area on my way from Southeastern Virginia to home outside of Washington DC when I had a warning light go off for low tire pressure on my Mazda3. I pulled over and discovered a broken valve stem that was leaking. Fortunately for me, I was just down the road from All Car Service, so I turned in when I saw their sign--this turned out to be the best thing I could have done. Even though it was 3:00 in the afternoon, and they had a shop full of cars to work on, within 1 short hour, a new tire pressure sensor valve had been ordered, delivered, installed, calibrated, and road-tested, and I was ready to go on my way. I cannot imagine another shop that would have taken care of me so quickly and professionally, and for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend these shop to anyone, based on my very positive experience.”

The owner drove me to my house and picked me up because the rental cars were all out. I got to where I needed to get and I am so thankful they noticed what Firestone did not and then Firestone tried to charge me the same as I paid to get the important life threatening stuff fixed at ACS! I am happy I found them and thank them from the bottom of my heart, light on my pocket, excellent work, great personable and honest service, really I wish I could have brought them with me to my new home, its hard finding people that will do the job right the first time w/o trying to scam you, especially if you are a single woman. “I first called Jon about a strange problem I was having with my honda. They were straight with what they told me I needed. They always kept my maintenance right where I needed it to keep my car on the road.

“I called around 7am to ask the owner if they had time to do my oil change. He agreed and I arrive around 730 for the service. I had completely forgotten that it was the last day of the month. They were completely swamped. During my wait for the car they had 5 drop offs for various services. The owner changed my oil, inflated my tires and even checked my brakes all in less than 45 min while still checking people into the system. This place is incredible! I will never go to anyone else for maintenance.”
